Certified Tester Expert Level Managing the Test Team (CTEL-TM-MTT)

This certification is designed for test managers, team leads, QA supervisors, and professionals who guide or support test teams. It is well suited for individuals responsible for developing testers’ skills, managing performance, providing mentorship, and fostering a productive work environment. Senior testers transitioning into leadership roles will also benefit from understanding how to address interpersonal challenges, build trust, and support team growth. The program helps managers navigate organizational pressures, handle diverse personalities, and align the team’s motivation with quality goals. 

It is also valuable for consultants and coaching professionals who advise test organizations and need practical methods for improving team effectiveness, communication, and long-term engagement. An Expert Level certificate is valid for 7 years. To obtain Expert Level certification, candidates must have:

- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certificate
- Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL-TM) certificate
- Passed the Expert Level Exam
- At least 5 years of practical testing experience
- At least 2 years of industry experience in the specific Expert Level topic
